What does WordPress as a Content Management System mean? Normally after a website is created, you must go back to the website design firm for all changes – even a word change. By designing sites using WordPress as a Content Management System, we create an attractive, professional website for your business that has an interface allowing non-technical users to easily make additions and changes.

WordPress is easy to use – see the “Add A Page” example. Additionally, we conduct a one hour training session complete with a user guide with step-by-step instructions.

• Project kick-off call to discuss your website goals, needs, likes and dislikes
• Initial design concepts & project call to review
• Custom website designed with use of your logo and your selection of colors, navigation and footer layout
• In-process design review access on Seven Aspens’ development website
• One year hosting on GoDaddy
• Set up of up to 10 eMail accounts associated with the account
• Content insertion for up to 10 pages
• Site level SEO, with SEO-friendly page naming conventions, navigation and internal linking
• Robots.txt and an XML sitemap created and submitted to Google
• Google Analytics integration
• One hour training on using WordPress as a Content Management System (CMS) and SEO best practices and concepts, both with user guide provided

Optional integration of any of the following can occur, also at no additional charge:

• 2 contact forms or feedback forms (see example)
• Creation of a favicon (the small graphic on browser bar or tab)

The typical process for site development is 2-3 weeks, with a strong dependency on client availability during the development process and client delivery of required information, such as page content.

2. We will contact you to discuss your needs and the questionnaire response information.
3. We’ll send you a short agreement and you make a $875 advance payment via PayPal or mail a business check.
4. We will confirm receipt of your payment and then get started on designing your site!
